I am wearing the recently-purchased light blue shirt and grey narrow cut trousers. I was kind of on auto pilot when I picked them out to try on, but something must have been cranking in my brain, colour-wise as it all goes nicely with my favourite work clothes. Quite an office-y look for me though, this is as corporate as I get.
This light blue featured in the colour analysis I had - I was sure I would look washed out - happily while the blue is quite delicate, I do look ok in it.
Worn with my favourite digitized minerals (see post) scarf for a bit of boompf:

You look gorgeous in that shade of blue! (Which I always think of as "Alice blue") You have just enough pink in your skin to not look washed out. You should try your bxw striped cardi with that shirt too!
ReplyDeleteOh thanks, will do.
DeleteI feel more like the rabbit than Alice, though...
Oh also re: hair paste - I had to use both gel and hairspray to get my hair to stand up today. Mine is really thick and heavy. It kept wanting to fall over, oh no!
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful blue for you! Really like the flowy cardigan. Thanks for sharing your great look with Vis Monday : >
ReplyDeleteThat shade of blue does look awesome on you.
ReplyDelete*snort* Erm, nice anonymous comments. I'm sure "Unique Hotels of the World" will give you lots of traffic to this post. ;-P
Had to say 'bye bye' to those terrible spammers! The cheek!
DeleteYou hardly ever wear pastels, but this blue is definitely you. You look romantic and fresh, a nice take on office wear.
ReplyDeleteI was very surprised when I had a colour analysis and this pastel blue was one of them I thought it would make me look Terribly Pale, but it is more Pale & Interesting, thankfully. Happy to look romantic!
