Morning. Today was dark silhouette with bright scarf day. Although I have lost a bit of weight recently (stomach troubles, now resolved - no dairy for me) so my trousers were hanging off me.
| make-up was applied on the train, classy
I wagged off my Fitball class (naughty) but stayed late to finish a bothersome project (bye bye) and then went out for (cheese-free) pizza with Mr Secret Squirrel with a delightful 40% off voucher.
Am hanging out at Patti's for Visible Monday, with my Visible Caffeine. Go and have a look!
How was your Monday?
tie-at-back navy jumper- Jigsaw

Love the scarf, it really makes the outfit zing. Looks fab on you.
ReplyDeleteThank you Debbi, I felt brave just buying it!
DeleteYou look great, and Visible. I love the idea of Visible Caffeine . . . . : >
ReplyDeleteVisibly Tigger-ish! Thank you for hosting VM, I aways enjoy the roundup.
DeleteNo cheese? Oh that would make me very sad! But you gotta do what you gotta do to solve tummy troubles...
ReplyDeleteYou look very svelte and chic, and the scarf is a colourful delight.
My Monday has been fine, thanks. A stroll around a little flea market, food shopping at the indoor market, ironing (a little), lasagne for tea, blogging, chatting with the kids, Big Bang Theory, University Challenge... Scintillating stuff, my life! xxxx
The lack of cheese is less than ideal. But I had to cut out grains too, for a while, and having no pasta or toast would make me Very Sad. So cheese it has to be..
DeleteLove your day's run-down, sounded fun.
Gorgeous scarf. I love the all black outfit with the scarf; I might have to give that a try.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'm a little disappointed that there are no cows here. Not that I come for the cows, I come for you, but still... ;-)
Sorry for the lack of cows. Only a (secret) squirrel here...

ReplyDeleteYour colourful scarf is awesome, it really pops from the darker ensemble. I love it!
Visiting from pret-a-vivre.com
Thank you for visiting my little corner, Bi Ti!
DeleteLove the scarf and the cup! I keep seeing your name, so I finally came by to see you. I'm not good at maths, but I'll come back if you don't have quizzes.
ReplyDeleteHi Val! Thanks for coming over! I am terrible at maths, although my job is kind of related to it. I use fashion maths to justify purchases mainly....
DeleteBummer about the dairy! I would have a very hard time with that myself.
ReplyDeleteI love your scarf!!
Yes, it isn't great, but at least not bread-related, and I feel SO SO much better after cutting it out. But it means being very organised with lunches/snacks...
DeleteP.s thanks re: scarf - best 10 euros I ever spent!
DeleteI love your orange tea cup! What an awesome accessory. I'm sorry about the lack-of-cheese. I refuse to give up cheese, I've given up a whole lot of dairy related foods, but I can't part with cheese. I'm sure I'd feel better, but I do love a good cheese.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you put on cheeseless pizza?!
Man alive, tell me about it. I'm working on it - I think it's all about the texture of the cheese with pizza, and nothing else is as good :-(
DeleteBless your heart, SS! I'm glad you're feeling better, but so sorry cheese was the culprit. I am having trouble visualizing pizza with no cheese :(
ReplyDeleteI like all your black with the bright pop of colors in the scarf. You're beautiful, with or without make-up.
It was a rather plain pizza...
Deleteand thank you Lynne, I am blushing now xx
Your scarf is stunning and that cup is the perfect accessory!
ReplyDeleteThanks pooks!
DeleteYour scarf on black is so beautiful - but what I really really love about this outfit is your smile with the cup. We'z all a bunch o' classy laydeez. All aboard.
ReplyDeleteDing ding! Coffee does make me smile...
DeleteAt this time it appears like Movable Type is the best blogging platform out there right now.
ReplyDelete(from what I've read) Is that what you are using on your blog?
